Attorney Brown-Emery went into private practice with a law firm in the Tampa Bay area. She focused in the area of real estate law, foreclosures for private investors, and asset protection and estate planning. Since then these have been her main areas of legal practice.

Emery Law Is Established

In 2006, she opened Builders Title of Tampa Bay, LLC, d/b/a Commonwealth Title Agency and Barbara M. Brown-Emery, P.A. in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Over time the title company and the law firm have grown and evolved into Commonwealth Title Agency and Emery Law and Mediation.
