Jan helps her clients prepare for medical, dental, and surgical procedures, including Comfortable Childbirth, as well as cope with medical conditions. She also helps clients realize their highest potential and experience the changes necessary to achieve happy, healthy & productive personal and professional lives.

Hypnosis -- self-hypnosis -- used as a complementary technique in conjunction with conventional treatments has been proven to be highly effective for people of all ages. Jan offers non-therapeutic hypnosis, limited to the teaching of positive thinking and self-hypnosis strategies to aid the client. She does not practice any form of medical, behavioral, or mental health care. Some services may require a referral from a licensed medical or mental health practitioner.

Call to set up a free brief introductory session. Jan will help you understand hypnosis, ascertain your area of concern or challenge, and determine the kind of assistance you will need. Most areas of concern can be resolved in three to twelve full sessions; however, some may take more or less time.
